WIND, Mobilicity and Videotron Samsung Galaxy Note II gets multi-window update

Looks like Galaxy Note II owners on AWS carriers will no longer have to wait for the multiwindow update that the users on Rogers/Bell/TELUS have been enjoying. It seems like all three AWS carriers have pushed out the update to their users. As with the other update this one allows users to open two apps at once.
