Rogers Motorola RAZR HD to get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Mid-December?

When Motorola announced the RAZR HD, it had committed to upgrading the device to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean before the end of the year. While not launching with Jelly Bean was a major disappointment to many (given that at that point Motorola Mobility was already a subsidiary of Google), Motorola seems like it will live up to their promise of having it upgraded before 2013.

According to the same Telstra upgrade schedule that reveiled a Galaxy S III Jelly Bean update for November 22nd, the Motorola RAZR HD is slated for an upgrade around December 17th. This would in fact meet their "new year deadline". While this isn't a confirmation that the Rogers or even the Verizon version would get it by them but at least it is a ball park figures.
